I got the following error.

Failed to deploy project.  For more information, Query the opertion_messages view for the opwerion identifier ‘3‘ (Microsoft SQL Server, Erro:27203)

So i went to the ssis database on the server and queried the following:

Select * from catalog.operation_messages where operation_id = 3

in the message field I found the following description:

Failed to deploy the project. Fix the problems and try again later.:Unable to create the type with the name ‘AttunitySSISOraConnections.8’.

From this description,  I  figure out that I needed to load the newer Oracle Attunity drive for SQL 16.
